I'm a journeyman machinist. My day job runs on drawings, tolerances and checklists, and that's how I build business systems: measure twice, document it, make it repeatable.

  • Ran my own 5-car rental fleet, so I know what a host or small operator actually tracks.
  • Built and run my own Shopify store and two local service businesses.
  • I build with modern tools, including AI, and hand you something you can run without me.

Work happens weekday mornings and weekends. I reply within one business day.

Good to know

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. You add me as a staff or collaborator user, and you can remove me any time. I remove my own access when we're done.

Can you guarantee more sales?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. I promise the work in the written scope, done right, with 14 days of free fixes.

Do you help with LLCs, taxes or licenses?

I don't give legal, tax or accounting advice. The Launch Kit includes a checklist of official links to take to your own CPA or attorney.

Do you work outside Hampton Roads?

Yes. Everything can be done online. Local clients in Chesapeake and Southside Hampton Roads can meet in person.

How do I pay?
